Having begun in the Estate agency side of the industry she soon realised that her passion was lettings and property management. Since then, Helen has witnessed a number of jaw-dropping changes in the local property market, from the rise of Buy to Let, Housing Act reforms and the growth of Property Mark ( formerly ARLA and NAEA) - . With experience in corporate, professional and professional lets, when it comes to property, Helen knows it all. She now lives in the suburbs with her son and when she’s not letting or selling properties, you can find her on the tennis court or watching a spot of rugby.

Donna’s diverse background has shaped her into the focused professional she is today. From the start of her working career in a banking environment to pursuing her own businesses in the property industry, Donna has proved that devotion and customer service is the key to success. Having moved into the property industry over 25 years ago, Donna utilises key personal experience, an unrivalled knowledge of various businesses and a dedication for success to enhance systems making the working environment easier and efficient for staff. With a passion for technology and property, Donna has helped to create a seamless office environment, which attracts both clients and employees. Outside of work, Donna is a keen gardener and also enjoys being with her family.

Miles Holmes

Having started his own business at the age of 18, Miles is a successful businessman. Possessing the drive of an entrepreneur and passion for property, after selling his business, he decided to pursue a career in estate agency. Having achieved the NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management for the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), he joined Bluerow in 2014. Combining his personal experience as a commercial tenant and landlord as well as business knowledge, Miles provides those looking for lettings in Liverpool with an exceptional service. With a city centre base, outside of work Miles’ passion is music. You can often hear him, humming a tune to himself as he goes property to property.

Gaynor Farley

Originally a typist for an estate agent, Gaynor has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Having typed everything there is to know about property, Gaynor soon moved into sales and lettings. When she’s not busy in the office, Gaynor loves nothing more than being outside where she volunteers as Cub Scout Leader, even though her boy has long grown. She’s also a doting grandmother and loves spending time with her family.
