However, we will work hard with all parties involved to ensure the best possible price as well as to secure a completion date. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated and work towards a realistic schedule.
How much will you charge to sell my property?
We are confident that our fees are competitive and transparent.
Entitled Tenants fee's:
£150 Including VAT - Tenant application fee
£50 including VAT - guarantor fee
£125 including VAT Check-in fee
£90 including VAT - renewal fee
Entitled Landlord fee's all-inclusive of VAT:
1. Tenant find only £474
2. Let only One months rent or £834, whichever the lesser
3. full management £474
Landlords Management fee's inclusive of VAT:
11% On monthly rent achieved
How can I prepare my house for the process?
Keeping your home clean and clutter-free will ensure that more people are interested. When taking photos, your professional photographer will get the best out of your property. However, when it comes to viewings, leave lamps on, hide pets away, and why not arrange some flowers? It is important to allow potential buyers and tenants to be able to envision their own family in your home. In addition to this, make sure that all DIY tasks are also completed.
Who will conduct the viewings?
This is up to you. Some people prefer to carry out viewings themselves whereas others prefer us to do them.

Plus, we also advertise in local publications covering the Merseyside area, delivered to your door! Our office is also conveniently located in Liverpool city centre, ideal for walk-ins.

What shall I do if I’m not happy with my current agent?
If you’re not happy with your agent, don’t panic. First thing’s first, speak to them and let them know that you’re not pleased with their service. Next, take a look at your contract to see whether you have the option of changing agents. Once signed some contracts won’t allow you to move but others may be more lenient.
