Services & Fee Structure

Tenant Find Only Service:

  • Provide valuation and advise on property preparation in order to achieve best possible rent
  • Marketing and advertising the property on all major portals
  • Erecting a To Let board (where possible)
  • 7 days a week accompanied viewings
  • Find the tenant
  • Credit, employer and previous landlord references for all tenants and guarantors
  • Landlord prepares all documentation and check in
  • Landlord must provide details of where tenant's deposit is to be held

Let Only Service:

As Tenant Find Only Service plus;

  • Prepare all contract documentation including a Section 21
  • Write to all the service providers with meter readings and tenant's details, on entry and exit
  • Instruct safety certificates prior to tenant entry
  • Rent collection
  • Register deposit
  • Supply tenant with inventory (either landlord's own or Bluerow will prepare it on request)
  • Check-in

Full Management Service;

As Tenant Find and Let Only Service plus;

  • Instruct contractors to carry out repairs (with landlord's consent)
  • Arrears monitoring
  • Check-in and Check-out,
  • Half Yearly inspections and reports
