Tenant Find Only Service:
- Provide valuation and advise on property preparation in order to achieve best possible rent
- Marketing and advertising the property on all major portals
- Erecting a To Let board (where possible)
- 7 days a week accompanied viewings
- Find the tenant
- Credit, employer and previous landlord references for all tenants and guarantors
- Landlord prepares all documentation and check in
- Landlord must provide details of where tenant's deposit is to be held
Let Only Service:
As Tenant Find Only Service plus;
- Prepare all contract documentation including a Section 21
- Write to all the service providers with meter readings and tenant's details, on entry and exit
- Instruct safety certificates prior to tenant entry
- Rent collection
- Register deposit
- Supply tenant with inventory (either landlord's own or Bluerow will prepare it on request)
- Check-in
Full Management Service;
As Tenant Find and Let Only Service plus;
- Instruct contractors to carry out repairs (with landlord's consent)
- Arrears monitoring
- Check-in and Check-out,
- Half Yearly inspections and reports
