September 8th 2008: No Room for Improvement!

Hi Helen

You recently asked if we had any criticisms of your company - which in itself shows that you care about the service that you provide. Unfortunately we can't be of much help, as after much thought, we couldn't think of a single area where improvement could be made!

Every member of the team is knowledgeable and quick to respond, both to tenants' and our own requests, in a professional and friendly manner. Also, and importantly, vacated properties are rapidly re-let, minimising any loss of rental income.

Having been landlords for several years, we can honestly say that Bluerow is by far the best letting agency that we've dealt with.

So we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you at Bluerow for the excellent service that you provide in letting and managing our properties. It really is appreciated.

Just want to pass on my thanks to you all for you professionalism and attention to date.

You have let the first apartment which I instructed within a very short timeframe and at full asking price to a quality corporate client (who is very likely to extend beyond the original contract term). Moreover, this was acheived in a lettings market which, though not necessarily difficult, is certainly not doing anyone any favours due to the amount of competition.

My new tenant spoke very highly indeed of his dealings with Bluerow and singled you out as being the only City agent of several he had spoken to "who seemed to know what they were doing".

I would have no hesitation in instructing you again or in recommending you to others.
